Prevention is Better than Cure (1 day): This workshop is for businesses and organizations which want  to to improve their risk management when providing services and carrying out projects for their clients.

Aim:

• Raise awareness and increase understanding of key commercial and legal issues and risks throughout the lifecycle of a project including the decision to bid stage, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, provision of services/execution of the project to the end of the project.
• Enable workshop participants to identify and assess these key risks and develop strategies to deal with such risks.   

Who Should Attend? Anyone involved in bidding decisions, preparation of proposals, contract negotiations, delivery of services/execution of projects and supervision or management of contracts/projects.
